Shipping before purchase

Shipping is confirmed before purchase. Artwork size, framing, packing, insurance, destination, and studio availability can affect carrier options, timing, and cost.

If a checkout or artwork page asks you to request purchase help, use that path before sending payment so the studio can confirm the current purchase and delivery options.

Delivery issues

If tracking looks stalled, a delivery is missing, or an artwork arrives damaged, contact support with your order number, tracking number, photos, and packaging details. We will help route the request to the correct studio and next step.

Returns

Return requests are reviewed with the studio before any artwork is sent back. Keep the artwork and packaging in their received condition until the studio confirms the return instructions.

Custom, commissioned, digital, or already-installed work may have different return handling. Ask before purchase if you need a specific return or exchange condition.
